What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, party size, date and time. An email address is optional and used only to send your confirmation.

If you create an account: your email address and an encrypted form of your password. We never store or see the password itself.

Restaurant staff may write a note about you — an allergy, a preferred table. Those notes belong to that restaurant.

Who can see it

The restaurant you booked with, and its staff. No other restaurant can read your details — this is enforced in the database, not only in the application.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your booking history is part of that restaurant’s guest records and is kept until the restaurant deletes it.

To delete your account or request a copy of your data, write to us.

Cookies

Only a session cookie that remembers you are signed in, plus your chosen language and theme. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
