Terms
Updated 2026-09-05
Masa sits between a restaurant and a guest to arrange a table. The restaurant serves the meal; we keep the book.
Bookings
A booking is an arrangement between you and the restaurant. A confirmation means the booking is accepted, though a restaurant may cancel in exceptional circumstances.
If you are running late, call the restaurant. Tables are usually held for about 15 minutes.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel using the link in your confirmation. Please do cancel if you cannot come — an empty table is a real loss to a restaurant.
Repeated no-shows appear in that restaurant’s record of you.
Responsibility
The restaurant is responsible for the food, the service, and everything that happens on its premises.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but your bookings live on a server — one broken device does not lose them.
